Aureoboletus roxanae (Boletus roxanae) has a somewhat granular reddish-brown to yellow-brown cap skin. Pores are pale becoming yellowish with age and bruise cinnamon-brown. Yellow stipe is longitudinally lined and rust-orange zone at the apex. The stem is pinched at the base. Can be found in mixed forests with oak and pines. Cap flesh tastes bad. Edibility unknown.
