This is in the Suilliaceae family of the Boletales.&lt;/span&gt;

The flesh is white and soft. The pores are pale yellow becoming dull olivaceus. The stipe is usually short bearing &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 24px; font-family: LucidaSans-Demi; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;tiny glandual dots. There is no partial veil. This fungus is mycorrhizal with conifers and appears in September and October.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Stem is pale yellowish with many glandular dots above and below the gelatinous ring. The interior of the stipe is yellow. Mycorrhizal with pines. The yellow cap is slimy and sports some scattered red-brown &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 24px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;splotches. The flesh is also yellow. Whitish volval remains are attached to its margin. Its non-staining yellow-orange pores are angular and arranged radially from the stipe outward. Handling the ringless yellow stem causes a browning discoloration. Its spore print is yellow-brown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
