“Blue Cheese Polypore” Saprotrophic on conifers and hardwoods. Soft and spongy polypore with somewhat hairy white cap with blue and gray. Pores are white and like the cap, bruise blue. Fruits from late summer to late autumn. White to pale blue spores. Fragrant. Not edible.
