Mycena galericulata (Scopoli) Gray "Common bonnet” 

Conical brown-tan cap, often with a center nob, paler toward margin. Stipe is same color, but paler at apex. Gills white, but gradually turn pinkish. Grows in clusters on wood. The name refers to a European mushroom. What we have is (possibly a complex) undoubtedly different and will require a new name(s). It is in the Mycenaceae family of the Agaricales.
