Dacryopinax spathularia 

Dacryopinax spathularia is a saprotrophic jelly fungus shaped like a flattened fan or spatula. Fruitbodies grow from decaying wood. They are bright yellow orange initially and then become more orange-red on drying out. The rounded stem is darker. It is edible and is eaten in China, southeast Asia and Hawaii. It is in the Dacrymycetaceae family of the Dacrymycetales order. Fungi in this order have 'tuning fork' basidia.
