Clitocybe trulliformis (Fr.) P. Karst. 1979

Initially dry, fibrillose, grayish-brown, darker on disc, convex becoming vase-shaped (infundibuliform) and paler on wavy margin. Gills are white to yellowish and somewhat decurrent. Stipe is fibrillose buff with white mycelium and rhizomorphs at base. A small mushroom, it grows singly or gregariously in humus under both broadleaf and coniferous trees in summer to early autumn.  It is in the Tricholomataceae family of the Agaricales order.
