Sowerbyella unicisa (Otidea inicisa, Otidea onotica)
Otidea onotica (Pers.) Fuckel 1870
is a cup fungus with a slit down the side. The outer surface is somewhat carmel in color. The interior is paler off-white and smooth to the touch. It is a member of the Pyrenomacetaceae family in the Pezizales Order of ascomycetes.
