Rhizomarasmius pyrrocephalus (B Berk.) R.H. Peterson 2000
Rhizomarasmius pyrrocephalus has a small orange-brown cap and a long velvety dark brown to black stipe with abundant white mycelium at its base.. Saprobic on wood and in leaf litter of hardwood forest. It is in the Physalacriaceae family in the Agaricales order.
