Antrodia heteromorpha (Fr.) Done 1966
Antrodia heteromorpha is found on dead coniferous as well the dead wood of broadleaf trees. Creamy-white to pale brown short and overlapping caps. Initially the hymenophore is transforms from irregularly shaped pores to exhibiting a labyrinthine display of elongated pores, which can become toothlike. It is a brown-rotting saprotroph.
It is in the Fomitopsidaceae family of the Polyporales.
