Hydnum repandum ‘group’ (Hydnum subolympicum)
These can grow to be fairly large orange-buff fruiting bodies, with cream to buff spines and a stem that is whitish to buff and off-center. Found in mixed woods with conifers nearby from July through autumn.
This is in the Hynaceae family of the Cantharellales order.
