Lactarius lignyotellus A.H. Smith & Hesler 1962
This milky looks very much like Lactarius lignyotus, except that it has brown margined gills and white latex that does NOT STAIN PINKISH. Lactarius lignyotus var. canadensis, also has gills edged brown, but its white latex like that of Lactarius lignyotus var. lignyotus stains pinkish-reddish. This is in the Russulacae family of the Russulales order.
